Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM) Terms and Conditions


Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM) strives to protect customer data. However, customers must understand that they are solely responsible for their data, including backing up all data prior to bringing their computer to Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM) for repair. Customers must understand that if they are not able to backup their data, they will notify Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM). Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM) is not responsible for any software or data lost during the repair of any computer.

Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM) abides by privacy rules issues by the US Department of Health and Human Services requiring the health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, HIPPA.

New, used, or refurbished parts may be used in the repair of any computer. All parts will have a 90 day limited warranty from Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM).

Customers must understand that Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM) will, at their request, return parts that are replaced as part of the repair, when specifically requested prior to bringing their computer in for repair.

Customers must understand that some service related problems, including virus, spyware, adware, malware, and other software related issues may not be removable or repairable. This may cause Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM) to need to reinstall the operating system completely which will include installation of the basic essentials required for the computer to operate as close to factory as reasonably possible. When possible, the customer may provide the original factory recovery media and Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM) will utilize that media to more accurately restore the computer to the original factory condition. Customers must understand that Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM) is not responsible for the functionality of any software, including Microsoft Windows and that the Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM) warranty does not apply to software issues.

Customers must understand that some computers may not be repairable due to extensive damage or parts no longer being available. If a computer is found to be non-repairable by our service technicians, Computer Care One, LLC (d/b/a Computer Care of KM) will not charge any service fee and will return the customers computer. In some instances, an non-repaired computer may have additional and/or different issues due to the requirements of our diagnostic equipment and processes.

REPAIR POLICY


All computer repairs must be picked up and paid for within 30 days upon notification of completion. If not picked up within 30 days it then becomes the property of Computer Care of KM.

REFUND POLICY


All sales are limited to a 15 day return policy unless otherwise stated. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an original sales receipt, must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories, as well as be in resalable condition.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds in excess of $50 may be refunded in the form of a check after item has been returned to the store.
